Palmetto Classical Academy is a public school, funded like other public schools, so families pay no tuition to enroll their children.
Classical education cultivates wisdom and virtue through the liberal arts. It moves students through the grammar, logic, and rhetoric stages — first building a strong foundation of knowledge, then the ability to reason, and finally the ability to express ideas clearly and persuasively.
The academy plans to open serving grades K–10 and to grow into a full K–12 program. Specific opening dates will be announced to our subscriber list as they are confirmed.
Palmetto Classical Academy will serve the Fort Mill / Indian Land area of South Carolina. Our site is being finalized — subscribe to be the first to hear the location announcement.
Enrollment details will be posted on the Enrollment page once the application window opens. If applications exceed available seats, placement will follow the published admissions process. Subscribe to be notified when enrollment opens.
Founding families are the earliest supporters who help launch the school — spreading the word, volunteering, and shaping our first community. Visit “Become a Founding Family” to get involved from the very beginning.
Yes. A simple, consistent uniform supports focus and a sense of shared purpose. The full uniform policy will be published for families ahead of the first school year.
